Pasture For Life
Cattle have evolved to eat a diet consisting solely of grasses, forbes and browse.
Large amounts of cereals, soya and maize are not the optimal diet for a cow.
Cattle (and humans) thrive on an evolutionarily consistent diet.
Cattle that only eat large diversity of grasses, forbes and browse will be significantly healthier than animals fed large amounts of inappropriate starches in order to fatten quickly.
This will lead to lower vet bills.
This diet is significantly cheaper as you are moving a cow, which has four legs, to the food, not cutting and processing the food and carrying it to the cow.
